The terms for
using Voiced.

Voiced is a macOS dictation and text-rewriting app operated by ASWAY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16800650. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ASWAY LTD, and “you” refers to the individual or entity using Voiced.

You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction in order to use Voiced. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Voiced provides on-device dictation, transcription, and rewriting features. We may improve, add, change, or discontinue features from time to time, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical. Some features rely on third-party speech and language-model providers whose availability is not entirely within our control.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Voiced for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, rent out, or remove any proprietary notices from the software, except where applicable law expressly permits.

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and auto-renewal terms are as shown at checkout and may vary by region. Except where required by applicable consumer-protection law, or where we state a refund policy otherwise, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use Voiced for any unlawful purpose, not to upload or process content you have no right to process, and not to attempt to disrupt, circumvent, or interfere with the service, its security measures, or other users.

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Voiced uses a client-direct architecture, so your voice and transcripts do not pass through our servers on the normal path. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

Voiced and its related trademarks, interface, source code, and content are owned by ASWAY LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not assign any of those rights to you. You retain ownership of the content you process through Voiced.

Voiced may integrate third-party speech-recognition and language-model providers. Those providers have their own terms and policies, and to the extent permitted by law we are not responsible for interruptions or outputs caused by their services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voiced is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Voiced if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page and give reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use Voiced after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and disputes arising under them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
